Nature Kids

SNACKS & WATER BOTTLES

Each day I will allow some time for a healthy snack. Some examples of what students can bring are crackers, fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc. Students CANNOT bring candy, cake, cookies, etc. for a snack.


One more thing to add to your school list....a water bottle! Please bring a water bottle every day to school. I strongly encourage students to drink water throughout the day. I don't allow students to get up during class to use the fountain, so please be prepared to come each day with a water bottle in hand! Why should you bring a water bottle? Check out the link that's titled, "Drinking Water and Children."

This summer I hung out with friends and family, read, spent time outdoors, and went on a few mini trips. Enjoy the photos below:

I went to the beach the first weekend of summer break.



  My husband and I worked in our yard.    

  We saved some baby birds.

 

I went on some hikes.

I hung out with family and friends.

                                                              I tried Paddleboarding.

I gave Justin Bieber a hug in Seattle. ;-)

                                                        I also went to a few fun concerts at the fair!
